JB and Lita Bluhm, two military brats, met in Afghanistan and quickly noticed we shared the same vision: the love for food and supporting the military. We came home and bought a food truck. Shortly after, we were offered a spot at the Aafes food court but had two obstacles: we only had a 380-square-foot area to work with and could not fry any food. No problem. We were up for the challenge. Our shared love for seafood and Cajun flavors inspired us to create dishes that tantalize taste buds and bring a taste of Louisiana to our patrons. We are a two-person crew and add a third person for the lunchtime rush. We bring a new meaning of discipline and teamwork to our seafood restaurant, ensuring it's a well-oiled machine. It has to be, or we fail. As in overseas military installations, our attention to detail and dedication to excellence are the cornerstones of our culinary journey together.
